Caregiving: Documentary and Panel Discussion

Join BACOA (Barrington Area Council On Aging) and Right at Home - Chicago Metro for this exclusive sneak peek of executive producer Bradley Cooper’s new documentary Caregiving, a Well Beings production airing on PBS this June.

Narrated by actress Uzo Aduba, the project centers around the triumphs and challenges of caregiving in the United States. The 30-minute sneak peek will be followed by a 45-minute panel discussion featuring local caregivers, aging specialists and advocates.

Cori Moschberger, Clinical Coordinator of Senior Services with Barrington Behavioral Health and Wellness, will be a panel member during the discusson following the documentary screening.

About the Documentary

From Executive Producer Bradley Cooper the documentary "Caregiving," which highlights the challenges and joys of caregiving in America. The documentary is the story of paid and unpaid caregivers navigating the challenges and joys of this deeply meaningful work. Intertwining intimate personal stories with the untold history of caregiving, the documentary reveals the state and the stakes of care in America today. Narrated by Uzo Aduba (The Residence, Orange is the New Black), directed by Chris Durrance. The film aims to raise awareness, build support, and connect caregivers with resources.

The "Sneak Peak" screening of the documentary "Caregiving" will take place at the Barrington Area Library on June 4, 2025 at 6:00 PM.
